Are there clear views of the ocean from the condos?
Oh yes. Thanks to our 12TH floor location and giant windows, our apartments give our guests spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Banderas from nearly every room. Check out the photos!
Are pets allowed?
No. Due to the high-quality furniture, décor, and original art in the apartments, we cannot allow pets to stay with us.
Is there smoking permitted in the suite?
Smoking is permitted on the balconies, but not inside the units. Please appropriately dispose of all cigarette butts.
Do I have to bring my own linens?
No. We provide high-quality linens for you at the condos. Guests love our spa-quality towels and silky designer sheets from Jennifer Adams.
Do you have an iron and blow dryer?
Yes, not only do we have an iron but we also have an ironing board. The master bedroom has a blow dryer for your hair.
Can we have our refrigerator stocked in advance?
Yes, we can make arrangements to have your refrigerator pre-stocked with the items you request before your arrival. There is $50 fee for this service, in addition to the cost of the groceries.
The grocery deliveryman will leave a receipt for the items in an envelope, and your private concierge, Marcos (who is employed by us at Exclusive Rental Retreats), will collect your payment in the envelope and return it.
What type of payment do you require to make a reservation?
We require 50% to reserve your dates. The second 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
